Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
The item has not been used
It is in the same condition as it was delivered
It is returned in its original packaging
If the product has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery, it is not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective on arrival).
